Velvet AI is currently a beta. The app is designed so the primary AI chat can run on device after the offline model is downloaded. Model files, local conversations and app preferences are stored on the user's device unless a future cloud feature is explicitly enabled.

Data we may process

• Basic app diagnostics and operational events for reliability.
• Subscription entitlement state if premium products are enabled.
• Crash or error logs if diagnostics are enabled.

Offline model downloads

The app may download large GGUF model files from Velvet infrastructure. These downloads are used locally by the app.
